Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers and distributors to understand application requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Design custom solutions using engineering and design tools
- Provide product support, training, and guidance on best practices for design and assembly
- Prepare quotes, manage project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and grow strategic partner relationships within an assigned territory
- Manage multiple project timelines and travel to support customers and partners as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Automation or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or solution-based selling
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and support customer needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to grow business and exceed goals
