Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers and distributors to understand application requirements and recommend technical solutions
  • Design custom solutions using engineering and design tools
  • Provide product support, training, and guidance on best practices for design and assembly
  • Prepare quotes, manage project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and grow strategic partner relationships within an assigned territory
  • Manage multiple project timelines and travel to support customers and partners as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Automation or a related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or solution-based selling
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and support customer needs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to grow business and exceed goals
