As a key player under the guidance of the Control Systems Engineering Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge automation projects. Your Mission:

  • Craft, test, and fine-tune PLC and HMI programs, adhering to our company’s tried-and-tested methods.
  • Design and seamlessly integrate safety protocols and industrial networks into our machinery.
  • Conduct thorough in-house and on-site testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, providing actionable insights to our manufacturing team.
  • Take the lead on projects when called upon by our Engineering Manager, showcasing your expertise.
  • Keep our Project Manager in the loop with regular progress updates and meticulous documentation.
  • Embrace travel opportunities, with up to 25% of your time dedicated to project-related travel, including potential international assignments.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • A solid background of 5+ years in control systems activities, coupled with a deep understanding of PLC, HMI, and robotics programming.
  • Proficiency in navigating programmable controllers and associated technologies, with expertise in Siemens or Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Familiarity with diverse production machinery and equipment, from robots to dispense systems, and beyond.
