Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, wire, build, test, and operate Direct Contact Water Heating Systems according to blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Develop proficiency in combustion and water heating technology fundamentals.
  • Mount components and wire systems to control panels as per specifications.
  • Wire devices such as sensors and actuators, ensuring precise connections.
  • Troubleshoot and test control panels to ensure optimal performance.
  • Complete testing protocols and necessary paperwork, adhering to Factory Acceptance Test criteria.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required, with preference for Trade or Technical School Degree.
  • Proven mechanical skills and ability to interpret assembly prints and procedures.
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems and mechanical assembly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in reading schematic drawings.
  • Strong understanding of electrical controls and components.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 6AM – 2PM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the assembly of industrial electrical control panels.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with diverse team members.
