What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow assigned automation and circuit protection product lines
  • Develop product roadmaps and new product strategies
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive products
  • Lead new product introductions from concept through launch
  • Work with suppliers on sourcing, pricing, and supply agreements
  • Support branding, product positioning, and marketing efforts
  • Assist internal teams and customers with technical product support
  • Support product lifecycle management and obsolescence planning
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in industrial controls, automation, or electrical systems
  • Experience with motor controls, transformers, or circuit protection products
  • 7+ years of experience in automation, controls engineering, system integration, technical support, product applications, or product management
  • BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge of UL, CSA, CE, or related standards is a plus
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
