What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow assigned automation and circuit protection product lines
- Develop product roadmaps and new product strategies
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive products
- Lead new product introductions from concept through launch
- Work with suppliers on sourcing, pricing, and supply agreements
- Support branding, product positioning, and marketing efforts
- Assist internal teams and customers with technical product support
- Support product lifecycle management and obsolescence planning
- Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- Background in industrial controls, automation, or electrical systems
- Experience with motor controls, transformers, or circuit protection products
- 7+ years of experience in automation, controls engineering, system integration, technical support, product applications, or product management
- BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of UL, CSA, CE, or related standards is a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
