The New York Times has featured a great series on robots becoming more ingrained in our lives and in the workplace. It’s an honest view of the progress, issues, and limitations of the current technology.
The video below deals with the traditional way we have experienced robots through industrial automation.
What stood out to me was how the labor force in China, traditionally considered low cost, is already being displaced by robotic automation.
While watching this video and seeing the workers assembling the robots I could not help but wonder… how long before they are replaced?
