What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and private label accounts.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical support.

  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and cost estimates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, customer support) to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

  • Use CRM and digital tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and training sessions.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Technical Sales Expertise: Proven experience in technical sales, ideally with motion control products.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand complex technical requirements and offer effective solutions.
