A global leader in air quality and fluid handling solutions for the energy, industrial, and niche markets, is expanding its team with the addition of a Project Manager I to its newly acquired business platform, a leading global supplier of membrane-based industrial water and wastewater treatment systems.

As a Project Manager, you will manage project documentation and support cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Management, to meet project requirements and ensure timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Management to respond to RFQs.
  • Establish and maintain a Project documentation management system that includes a Generic Documentation Library with all required forms and certifications per Control Document Procedure.
  • Oversee document control, including issuing and revising project documents, and attend project kickoff meetings.
  • Research new components or items for non-standard projects and provide information to Engineering.
  • Standardize and implement O&M manuals across product lines, including organizing appendices and revising manuals as needed.
  • Conduct review meetings with relevant departments (management, purchasing, production) to track project status and requirements.
  • Provide engineering assistance across departments for drawing interpretation and system operation.
  • Prepare operations manuals, Factory Acceptance Tests, and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager, such as correcting redlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Project management background or equivalent work experience.

ADA Requirements:

  • Physical tasks include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions.
  • Visits to manufacturing and supplier facilities may be required.
