Project Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with a passion for safety, quality, and client relationships. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets high standards.
Day to Day Duties
- Drive and enforce a strong safety culture.
- Estimate materials, personnel, and time requirements.
- Coordinate project proposals, budgets, schedules, staffing, and material purchases.
- Review work orders and blueprints to determine installation procedures.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide ongoing support to customers and project teams.
- Collaborate with project foremen to develop goals and plans for project completion.
- Ensure compliance with codes and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Work closely with the Accounting Department for accurate billing.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge in industrial automation systems and plant processes.
- 3+ years of project management experience in the oil & gas, chemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Experience with turnarounds/shutdowns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of work authorization.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience with Accubid estimating software would be great, but not required.
- Knowledge of MSA’s and contracts would be helpful, but not required.
