How will you be evaluated?

 

As a Project Engineer, you will:

– Showcase expertise in programming and configuring PLCs and HMIs for industrial processes.

– Interpret P&IDs and convert them into efficient and effective code.

– Lead internal and external acceptance testing processes, ensuring ownership of project deliverables.

– Provide technical support to customers during commissioning and post-project stages.

– Design and execute project plans based on client-defined scopes of work.

 

What you’ll need to demonstrate to succeed:

 

Technical Representation: Act as a technical and project management resource for clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in PLC and HMI technology, continuously improving your programming skills.

Structured Troubleshooting: Develop a structured approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.

Structured Troubleshooting: Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Motivation and Initiative: Be motivated and self-directed in the completion of project tasks, taking initiative to drive success.

Travel and Implementation: Travel to client sites, perform physical duties, and implement, test, and commission automation systems. Travel up to 25% is typical.
