Automation Controls Product Manager – HMIs / PLCs
Are you a controls engineer or product manager looking to take ownership of a growing industrial automation product line? Our client, a leading supplier of industrial automation products, is seeking a Product Manager to drive strategy, supplier management, and product development for HMIs, industrial touch panels, and message displays.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a business-focused role with low travel, no overtime, and a flexible work environment (up to two remote days per week). Work with a collaborative team to deliver practical, cost-effective products that enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Define product strategy and drive new product roadmaps
- Manage supplier relationships and product branding
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Provide technical support and assist with product lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, pricing, and customer experience
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience (10 preferred) in industrial automation
- Background in HMIs, PLCs, motion control, process instrumentation, or related fields
- Technical expertise in control system integration, product application, or design
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or 10+ years of related experience
