An Instrumentation and Electrical Designer is needed for a full-service Systems Integration Firm in the New Orleans, LA area.  This company has been in business for over 25 years and has an established clientele in the area.  They specialize in DCS, PLC, and HMI Process Control Applications.

The responsibilities include:

  • development and implementation of complete I&E packages generated in AutoCAD
  • Some field Construction, QAQC, and assisting in commissioning will be required.
  • Understanding of control systems such as Square D, Allen-Bradley, Modicon PLCs, and Motor Control Centers (MCC’s) are desired.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience designing I&E drawings with AutoCAD
  • understanding of industrial control systems
