They predominantly supply equipment and services to the Rubber and Plastics Industries, ensuring high-quality solutions for industrial manufacturing companies.

Summary: Looking for a hands-on manager that is comfortable managing technically complex projects involving multiple disciples – electrical engineering, mechanical design, software development, electronic engineering. Familiarity with automation/controls (PLC, HMI, Drives), designing control systems for industrial processes, servo control systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

You will manage a small group of engineers across a few engineering disciplines. 

Ideally looking for an Electrical Engineer with mechanical aptitude.

Travel required – 20-30% domestic & international


  • Bachelors of Science in Engineering and/or related field.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Automation & Controls and Electrical Engineering design
  • Five years experience in Engineering/Technical leadership/management role.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities; goal orientation and strategic and tactical planning
  • Problem solving skills with ability to use good business judgment and make decisions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Team oriented with good customer service/interaction skills
  • Demonstrated planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to both domestic and international locations
