Our client is looking for a Control Systems Engineer to work remotely in the Caldwell, Ohio area.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree OR equivalent design and programming experience.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of process controls, P&IDs, and instrumentation/control equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with team, supervisor, and clients.
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas both contextually and visually.
- Contribute to the design and development of assigned projects.
- Perform startups, troubleshooting, and commissioning support at client locations.
- Demonstrate time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with each assigned project.
- Ability to take direction from project lead/supervisor to execute work efficiently.
- Demonstrates a strong focus on internal/external clients.
- Promotes teamwork by demonstrating effective communication skills and collaboration with peers, management, and the client.
- Complies with safety requirements by following all safety procedures and reporting/documenting safety incidents.
- Displays leadership abilities including honesty, integrity, and professionalism across the business.
- Must be willing and able to travel 20-40% of the time to client sites as needed.
